Nice Kat, My first impression of this chart reminds me of the quote
"We must be like the fountain or spring that is continually emptying itself of all that it has and is continually being refilled from an invisible source."
I have always seen this source as mystic and something to be taken only on faith, but in this case I am seeing a tangible way this can be expressed. The reinforcements in numbers we can quantify, but the vitality and freshness of perspective that we receive in the teaching field DO refill our community and often are invisible.
